The Kibbutz Industrial Association is the umbrella organization for industrial plants in kibbutzim, cooperative moshavim, and regional plants, and currently represents approximately 270 plants spread throughout the country, most of them in the periphery. The union works to promote the interests of the kibbutz industry vis-à-vis government ministries, regulators, and economic and financial entities, as part of the Industrialists' Association.
The association's activities focus on strengthening the competitiveness and innovation of companies, representation before state institutions, promotion of exports and international activity, development of human capital, and development of corporate responsibility and ESG in factories. In addition, the association operates a professional knowledge network, conferences, training, and management forums, and constitutes a platform for business and industrial collaborations between the enterprises and between them and partners from industry and the public sector.
